10 years ago, the tractors produced by the company accounted for 80% of the market share in Vietnam.
However, due to the large number of similar products entering the Vietnamese market, the share of the company has plummeted, and it has dropped to 25%.

As a result, the company was forced to make a strategic shift: increase investment, technological innovation and product development, and shift the leading products from the walking tractor that has been producing for decades to heavy trucks.
Zhao Hua: the profit of hand dragged is very thin now. It is very meager. Basically, the profit that can get a point is pretty good.
But as a heavy truck, we are basically able to keep about 5% of the profits. But because the value of the heavy truck is relatively high, a heavy truck will be close to 300 thousand. Then I will be close to more than 10000, twenty thousand yuan, which is totally different from the profit margin of the 5%.
More importantly, the forced product pformation will push the company to pform itself into a new industry.
Zhao Hua: I think it should be a new pformation for our company, because our company has been a leader in agriculture since its establishment in 56 years. If the heavy truck can come up, it will become a heavy enterprise. For the whole city of Nanning, because Nanning's heavy industry is not much, it is also a rare enterprise. If we can do this, a big upgrade will take a big step and a big change.
Although the trade between the Beibu Gulf region and ASEAN is facing homogenization competition, the establishment of the free trade area is a deep adjustment of the international industrial chain and international division of labor.
Guangxi will seize this opportunity to expand the advantageous industries in Guangxi and take the road of new industrialization with distinctive features so as to pform the traditional industries and grasp the initiative of market competition and pformation of development mode.
In Quanzhou, Fujian, far away from the Beibu Gulf region, the seven wolves of garment enterprises are also planning an international division of labor. They plan to shift the manufacturing links to the ASEAN region.

In the past, too much attention was paid to the total amount of the second industry and GDP, and the irrational economic structure was obviously unsustainable under the new situation of economic development.
After the construction of the Economic Zone on the west side of the Straits was put on schedule, Quanzhou seized the favorable opportunity for the strategic development of the Haixi District, planned the business district of the central headquarters, vigorously developed the service industry, and started the construction of the Taiwan business investment zone.
