In the 2008 and 2009, the tail cargo market experienced rapid development and blind expansion, showing signs of overheating. After more than two years of precipitation, the market has returned to the rational track of development. When discussing the future development of the tail cargo industry, experts attending the meeting have a common understanding: if the tail cargo channel is not standardized, it is bound to be difficult to innovate again.


Lu Zhiqiang, former deputy director of the development research center of the State Council, summed up the current situation of the tail cargo market in 16 words: the times came into being, the development was swift and violent, and the defects and defects coexisted.

He believes that the market of tail and tail goods is also a commodity and a market. It should follow the general rule of general merchandise and follow the general law of general market.

It should be said that there are many places to learn from, common problems and common experience.

But we should also see that the tail cargo market has its particularity.

It is precisely these particularity that is the vitality of the tail cargo market and its difficulty.

The tail cargo market has a certain impact on the national economy, scientific development and low carbon economy. But theoretically, these benefits should be turned into practical effects, really put them into practice, and turning the tail cargo market into an important part of our national market system, turning the tail cargo market into a tool for our enterprises and industrial restructuring, and reducing the cost of enterprises, there is still much work to do in this respect.


Ren Xingzhou, director of the Institute of market economy of the State Council Development Research Center, said: for the tail cargo market, business mode innovation is a top priority.

Even in the tail cargo market, the leading position of Tian LAN tail goods is actually a commercial real estate behavior. Most of the market is still building a platform for merchants to enter the business with rent as the main profit mode, so innovation can not be reflected.

In the future, rent may still be the main mode of profit. The market must have the function of mastering the source of goods, organizing the source of goods, organizing sales, or having the function of integrated service providers.

If these can not be achieved, mode innovation is limited.


It is understood that by the end of 2010, the scale of China's tail cargo market had reached 230 billion yuan, and there were as many as 400 SMEs in the industrial chain.

Due to the fact that the tail cargo belongs to the inventory commodity and can not make use of the traditional distribution channels, there are still some problems such as narrow access and poor circulation in the existing distribution channels of the tail cargo industry.


Therefore, as China's tail cargo market expert Liang Jiliang said: under the new economic situation, the development and innovation trend of China's tail cargo industry will be reflected in the integration of the stock tail cargo industry; the electronic commerce and the large stock trading center will bring about a new revolution in the tail cargo industry; the tail cargo enterprises in the mature stage of industry will gradually embark on the path of differential development.


As for the channel of tail cargo, since 2007, it has been observed and analyzed continuously from the concept put forward, market changes to the introduction of norms.

From the speeches of many experts in this symposium, the reporters found that several difficulties that jeopardize the development of the tail cargo channel, such as brand authorization, counterfeiting and shoddy, and control of the supply of goods, are directly related to the changes of the main textile and garment industry in the current market.

First of all, textile and garment brand enterprises have invested more in meticulous management, while zero inventory can not be fully realized, but the phenomenon of massive inventory has begun to decrease.

At the same time, the textile and garment industry's foreign trade market pattern is also undergoing an essential change. After the financial crisis, most of the surviving enterprises began to change from OEM to ODM, or began to enter the domestic market.

This is also necessary for early warning of tail cargo channel, expanding commodity category, finding new cooperation point and profit mode.
