The market seeking rate was 1.55, a slight decrease compared with the previous quarter and the same period last year, and the number of demand and job seekers was 29213 and 25298 respectively. It also showed a downward trend compared with the previous quarter, indicating that the employment situation of enterprises in the city has gradually stabilized in the third quarter.
By the third quarter of secondary and technical school graduates began to enter a large number of job market impact, the two or three quarter of the rate of seeking to decline gradually, the shortage of workers gradually eased.
From the single month data, the rate of human resource market in our city dropped from 1.47 in February to 1.20 in September, and the rate of seeking help in the quarter dropped from 1.44 in the first quarter to 1.15 in the third quarter.

According to the results of the current survey of enterprise employment, the labor gap of enterprises in our city has dropped from around 150 thousand workers to 50 thousand people in the beginning of the year.
From the perspective of industrial demand, the second industry in our city is still a large demand for labor, accounting for 63.83% of the total employment in the third quarter, a slight increase over the same period last year, and third industry demand remained at around 35%.
Manufacturing industry is still a major employment tycoon in the industry, accounting for 58.94% of the total, and other large demand enterprises are wholesale and retail, accommodation and catering, residential services and other services.
In terms of employment demand, the labor force in our city is mainly concentrated in the labor-intensive enterprises with comparative advantages, such as shoemaking, clothing, ceramics and other industries. Level lathe workers, clothing shoe and hat workers, textile knitwear and dyeing workers have become the types of labor demand gaps in the traditional manufacturing industry of our city.

Since the beginning of this year, our city has carried out various kinds of public welfare recruitment activities within the city, and has organized the "introduction of labor and employment promotion" and "school enterprise cooperation" in the labor service docking cities.
In the third quarter, the three major job seekers, namely, foreign personnel, new unemployed youth, and rural personnel in the city, accounted for 53.14%, 20.18% and 11.77% of the total job search respectively. Among them, the proportion of job seekers in rural areas increased by 1.8 percentage points over the same period of 2011, indicating that our city's new localization ideas for industrial workers have gradually achieved results.
Recruitment mode such as school enterprise cooperation is more direct.
It is noteworthy that in the third quarter, the demand for college graduates and the number of job seekers for college graduates were 2220 and 2155 respectively, and the rate of seeking 1.03 was 1.03, accounting for 8.5% of the total demand and 7.6% of the total number of applicants.
Data show that the third quarter of university graduates in the human resources market showing a balance of supply and demand.
Compared with the same period last year, the number of university graduates and the number of job seekers in Colleges and universities has decreased to a certain extent. This shows that enterprises have not only relied on tangible human resources market, but also take the form of "school enterprise cooperation" into campus recruitment and network recruitment more directly.
