The competition is divided into six major series according to the difference of functional characteristics and age of the clothing. It is divided into three series: pupil series, primary school sports series, middle school student series, middle school sports series, kindergarten garden wear series and teachers' professional wear series.

According to the basic requirements of the competition and the basic quality of the works, 412 outstanding works were selected from the collected works to enter the expert scoring system.

Adhering to the principle of fairness, fairness and pparency, the organizing committee carries out anonymous grading of all works, and directly produces series of first, two and three prizes according to the average scores of experts.
