The Ministry Of Commerce And Industry Of Vietnam Consulted On The Provisions Of The Made In Viet Nam Label.
Vietnam's Ministry of Commerce and industry spent more than a year in consulting and coordinating the opinions of various departments. Recently, the draft regulations on the label "Made in Viet Nam" were put forward, which are divided into all domestic products (such as minerals, plants and animals) and origin pure goods or not all produced in Vietnam.
For the goods which are not pure origin, the goods will be converted according to the tax code number or the added value (according to the factors such as raw material, production cost, labor cost and factory cost).
According to the formula of the Ministry of industry and commerce, the rate of homemade goods produced by Vietnam or Vietnam is at least 30%. But this is only a preliminary condition. The necessary condition is that the goods must still exceed the simple processing section.
Chen Qinghai, deputy director of the import and Export Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and industry, said the lack of regulations made it difficult for organizations and natural persons to mark the origin of their goods. On the contrary, some products are simply processed, assembled and manufactured, but the San XUAT Tai Viet Nam= is still being produced in Vietnam.
