She told reporters that before the automation was realized, the self winding workshop needed 8 workers a day, with an average daily output of only 0.12 tons; after the automatic system was replaced, the automatic workshop only needed her to control four devices, with an average daily output of 3.2 tons.

In recent years, problems such as unbalanced development of similar products and high degree of competition in the textile industry chain have emerged in Xinjiang. The strategy of "reducing the number of employees" and "reducing the number of employees" in Xinjiang should be carried out according to the requirements of the "national strategy". In the past two years, the government has issued supporting policies to guide textile enterprises to speed up structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading, form a cotton textile industry chain, gradually eliminate the cotton spinning capacity with the scale of less than 30000 spindles and backward equipment, and accelerate the pace of intelligent and green development.

In the Korla economic and Technological Development Zone of Bazhou, an intelligent dyeing company independently developed a water-saving dyeing process, which made the enterprise in the forefront of the industry in terms of "ecological textile".

Liu Qingchun, general manager of a dyeing company in Xinjiang: in the traditional dyeing process, water consumption per ton of yarn is 115 tons, and our water consumption per ton of yarn can reach 35 tons. According to the standard workshop with an annual output of 20000 tons, each standard workshop will save 25.48 million yuan and reduce sewage discharge by 15.36 million tons.

As of November this year, Xinjiang's textile and clothing industry has accumulated more than 170 billion yuan in fixed assets investment, with a cotton spinning capacity of 18.09 million spindles. The weaving, clothing, home textile, knitting and other industries have begun to take shape. There are 3141 textile and garment enterprises on record, which has brought about nearly 600000 employment.
